プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、TetherDrop運営による任意のお友達紹介機能とメールでのお問い合わせに適用します。写真の保存・共有や購入管理については、アプリ全体のプライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。
扱う情報と利用目的
- メールアドレス・認証情報
- メールアドレス、認証ユーザーID、認証・ログイン記録を、本人のメール受信確認、アカウント管理、ログインに使用します。認証はSupabase、認証メール配信はResendを利用します。ログイン情報は端末のKeychainに保存します。
- 紹介と特典の記録
- メールアドレスから作る照合値、参加者ID、紹介コード、紹介元・紹介先の関係、参加日時、特典の回ごとの紹介割当・予約・承認・利用確認記録、利用制限状態、選択プラン、Appleオファー参照名、特典コード、配布日時、有効期限をSupabaseで管理します。紹介実績の確認、不正な登録や重複受取の防止、特典配布に使用します。照合値も個人と関連し得る情報として扱います。アプリはAppleの検証済み取引履歴を参照し、利用済みオファーの参照名を送信して再配布対象から除外します。この申告だけで特典を承認することはありません。
- お問い合わせ
- 送信者のメールアドレス、件名、本文、任意で提供された情報を、問い合わせへの回答と問題の調査に使用します。support@tetherdrop.app 宛てのメールはPorkbunを経由し、運営者が管理するGoogle Gmailで受信・対応します。
- 通信・接続記録
- 紹介ページはGitHub Pagesで配信します。ホスティング、認証、配信等のサービス提供者は、通信処理や障害対応、不正利用防止のため、IPアドレス等の接続記録を処理する場合があります。
紹介相手への表示と外部サービス
紹介者には紹介件数と特典の状況を表示し、紹介された方のメールアドレスは表示しません。紹介機能のために端末の連絡先一覧や写真をアップロードすることはありません。紹介アカウントのメールアドレスを広告配信や他社サービスをまたぐ追跡に使用しません。
特典コードの引換と契約はAppleが処理します。TetherDropはApple・RevenueCatを通して利用権限を確認します。紹介アカウントのメールアドレスをRevenueCatへ送る処理は実装していません。
保存期間と削除
- アプリの「設定 → お友達紹介キャンペーン → 紹介アカウントを削除」から削除できます。削除完了時にSupabaseの認証アカウントを削除し、紹介記録と認証ユーザーIDの関連を外します。
- 重複参加や同じ紹介実績・Appleオファーの再利用を防ぐため、照合値、紹介実績、各回への割当・予約・承認・配布・利用確認記録は、常設プログラムの運営中は保持します。アカウント削除後も認証ユーザーIDとの関連を外したうえでこれらを保持します。受付終了後、獲得済み特典の対応と配布済みコードの引換期限がすべて完了して終了処理を確定した日から180日経過後に、定期処理で削除します。サービス休止中は定期処理も止まるため、再開時または終了管理時に削除処理を実行します。
- 認証アカウントは上記の定期処理では削除されません。ご自身で削除するまで、アカウント管理のため保持します。削除に支障がある場合は窓口へご連絡ください。
- 問い合わせの記録は、回答、関連する調査、紛争解決または法令上必要な期間保持し、不要になった記録を削除します。サービス提供者側のログやバックアップは、それぞれの設定・ポリシーに従って保持される場合があります。
紹介アカウントの削除はAppleのサブスクリプション解約や、端末内の写真削除とは別です。
サービス提供者のポリシー
必要な情報の処理を、以下のサービスに委託します。各社のサービスでは日本国外で情報が処理される場合があります。

Referral and Support Privacy Policy
This policy covers the optional TetherDrop referral campaign and email support. Please also see the app privacy policy for photo storage, sharing and purchases.
We use Supabase to authenticate your email and store your account ID, email-derived matching value, referral code and relationships, registration, reservation and approval dates, restrictions, selected plan, allocations to each reward round, review evidence, issued Apple offer references, redemption verification records and code expiry dates. Resend delivers authentication emails. Login credentials are stored in the device Keychain. We use these records to operate the campaign, review referrals, prevent abuse and duplicate rewards, and distribute offer codes.
Referrers see a count and reward status, not their friends' email addresses. This feature does not upload your address book or photos. We do not use referral email addresses for advertising or cross-service tracking, or send them to RevenueCat. Apple processes redemption; Apple and RevenueCat help manage subscription access. The app reads verified Apple offer history and sends used offer references to avoid issuing a previously used offer. These hints only exclude offers and do not authorize a reward.
The referral website uses GitHub Pages. Support messages are forwarded by Porkbun to the operator's Google Gmail inbox and used to answer and investigate your request. Service providers may process connection logs such as IP addresses for service delivery and security, including outside Japan. Their policies are linked below.
You can delete your referral account in Settings → Refer a Friend Campaign → Delete referral account. Once deletion completes, the authentication account is removed and its user ID is unlinked from referral records. Matching values and referral records, allocations to each reward round, reservations, reviews, issued offers and redemption verification records are retained while the ongoing program operates to prevent duplicate participation and reuse. These records remain after account deletion, unlinked from the authentication user ID. After recruitment ends, all earned rewards are settled and all issued code deadlines have passed, the operator finalizes closure. These records are removed by scheduled cleanup 180 days after finalization. While the service is paused, cleanup is also paused and is run upon restoration or during closeout. This cleanup does not delete authentication accounts that you have not requested to delete. Support records are retained while needed for the request, related investigations, disputes or legal obligations, then deleted when no longer needed. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention policies.
Deleting a referral account does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete photos on your device. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact support@tetherdrop.app. We may ask you to verify your identity to the extent needed to respond. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
